Trust first

Trust & transparency

HiddenHelp is built to make support easier to find, not to pressure people into decisions when they already feel overwhelmed.

Our promise

Analytics and privacy

HiddenHelp may use privacy-conscious analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity, to understand what pages or tools are useful and where the experience is confusing.

This does not mean HiddenHelp sells your personal data. Analytics should be used to improve the site, find broken journeys and make the support tools calmer.

How HiddenHelp may make money

Some links may eventually be referral or affiliate links. Support should always come first. If a free official support route is more appropriate, that should be shown clearly before commercial options.

What HiddenHelp is not

HiddenHelp is not a regulated financial adviser, legal adviser, medical adviser or government service. It is a practical guidance tool to help people organise next steps and find official routes faster.

How the newer tools fit together

Your Unique Support is designed to pull together useful next steps from things you have used or saved on this device. It is not a decision, eligibility check or application.

Bill Tracker and My Support Plan are device-based tools. They help organise actions, but the final decision always sits with the council, provider, charity, grant scheme or official organisation.

Local Help and Free Family Activities are included because support is not only bills. Sometimes families need a warm place, a free activity, a calmer outing, food help, SEND support, or somewhere to reset without spending money.

We try to keep HiddenHelp practical, calm and easy to check. If something looks out of date, the safest route is always the official organisation linked on the page.

Legal, privacy and affiliate information

Legal information stays available as a standalone footer page, but the plain-English trust summary belongs here so users do not have to hunt for it.
